We were part of a successful team responsible for the delivery of Diversity & Harassment training for the Royal Mail Group. In addition to programme delivery, we provided support and briefing sessions to branch managers and provided 1:2:1 coaching for counter staff.

Feedback was excellent and the project has been recognised as a key driver in changing the culture of the business.

Creatrix worked closely with other business partners on a UK wide research project that analysed the administrative burdens faces by businesses when paying tax & VAT. This project formed part of the government's wider programme for simplification.

The project findings have been used as a baseline, by the Chancellor, to set demanding targets to reduce unnecessary bureaucracy, which will run progressively, year on year.

We support other training providers in the delivery of induction and customer service training for branch staff. The training is ‘high impact’ and extremely ‘hands-on’. It ensures that both new starters and established staff have the skills and knowledge to carry out their roles effectively.
